This is how it works with Parkster
Med Parkster kan du parkera på gatumark, i parkeringshus och på privata parkeringsytor. Du ser enkelt i appen var vi finns. Vi gör det lätt att hantera allt från korta stopp till långtidsparkering, elbilsladdning och boendeparkering.
Find a zone
To start parking, you first need to select the correct zone. Find your zone on the map, in the list of nearby zones, or by searching for the zone code displayed on the sign at the parking location.
Set an end time
Use the slider or tap the clock icon to choose when you want your parking session to end.
Select your vehicle
Tap “Choose vehicle and park.” Enter your license plate number to add a new vehicle and save it. Make sure the number is correct. Your parking will start once the vehicle has been added.
Extend or stop your parking session
You can end your parking session early at any time or choose to extend it. Find your active session under “Tickets” and tap “Stop” or “Change end time.” You only pay for the time you’re actually parked.
Find a charging zone
Charging zones in the app are marked with a blue lightning bolt symbol. Use the map filter to hide or show zones that don’t support charging.
Choose a charging point
Tap “Choose charge point” and choose the correct point from the list. Make sure the charging cable is connected to the car.
Start charging
If the zone supports both parking and charging, start your parking session as usual. If it’s a charging-only zone, tap “Start charging.”
Wait for the charger
It may take a few moments for the charging to begin. In zones that offer both parking and charging, you can pause and resume charging without affecting the parking session.
Find the zone code
To park via SMS, you need the correct zone code, your license plate number, and a Swedish personal identity number (if your phone number isn’t already linked to a Parkster account).
Send an SMS to start parking
Write a new SMS to 0707-13 14 15 with the zone code, license plate, and personal ID number, separated by spaces.
Example: 12345 ABC123 7106061325
Wait for confirmation
Your parking is only valid once you’ve received a confirmation SMS.
Send an SMS to stop parking
To end your parking session, send an SMS with the word “avsluta” to the same number.
Install the app
Search for Parkster in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on one of our signs to automatically open the correct app store. Never download the app from anywhere other than the official App Store or Google Play.
Start parking or create an account
Tap “Find parking” to enter the app right away and locate your desired zone. When you start parking, you’ll be asked how you’d like to pay—and whether you want to create an account.
If you prefer to create an account first, you can tap “Log in or create account” instead.
Park with Express
You can park with Parkster without logging in. Express parking doesn’t require a username or password—you pay quickly and easily with your preferred payment solution. Perfect if you’re in a hurry or don’t park often.
