Deleting account and associated data of the Parkster app

We retain your account information for the duration of your customer relationship with us or as mandated by specific laws governing data retention, such as regulations specifying the preservation period for payment records like invoices. In the event that you, as a user, choose to delete your account, personal information such as your name, address, and email address will be promptly removed. Parking data will be preserved but will undergo anonymization, severing any association with the deleted individual.

Deleting your account is done in MyPages:

• Navigate to MyPages via the menu in app: "More" -> "MyPages" or https://www.parkster.com/mypages/settings#terminateAccountForm

• Click “Close account”

• Confirm that you want to close the account

Note that the account cannot be closed when there are ongoing tickets or unpaid invoices.
