Our customer service is available from Monday to Saturday for all issues relating to the app. App users can chat with our AI agent, contact us by email or phone.
When we take care of your parking, you get an easy-to-use back office. In the back office you can, for example, see who is parking, download reports and search for vehicles or past transactions. It’s web-based, so you can access it wherever you are.
